Noise from young people all night :(

We booked 8 rooms with balcony. We were stationed in the ground floor, 3 of the rooms had no balcony. The other 5 had more a small terrace than a balcony, in which the A/C unit was hanging. When turning on the AC, the unit leaked lots of water onto the balcony in some rooms. The walls are thin, you can hear a lot from other rooms. One room (room 12) had water damage, after showering the water leaked all into the room leaving us standing in a puddle of shower water. We did not get a new room, only a mop to soak the water. Looking at the doorframes it is obvious that this damage is here for longer and was not fixed. Breakfast was in the other hotel, a 2 minute walk away, not a lot but still not comfortable. Most of the rooms have a sliding door, hence sound and smell easily enter the room. 2 days before the trip we were offered an upgrade to 6 3-bedroom appartments (with more space and balcony) via Whatsapp. We were not able to find any 3-bedroom apartments in their offer, so maybe this would have been just a spare bed in 6 rooms to save 2 rooms for other guests (we can only assume). If you go there for a family vacation, i cannot recommend, if you want to go to the playa for party it is sufficient, but not more.

The room is tiny and oddly set up (dead space in corners, TV set on a wall in a 90 degree angle from the direction of the beds, no leg room between the toilet seat and the sink...etc). The pool of the premises is tiny and the room we had was not practical at all.
