No English communication, 80% of tourists are English speakers in Tenerife, still owner communicates only in spanish which nobody understands other then the spanish. Owners must understand that their income is gained from tourists. First entry was a nightmare with instructions in spanish, several codes and safe systems, and gates and doors with electronic touch coin that doesn't work. Very bad entrance and gate system, we were blocked out several times, our car had to be parked outside on the rocky road for 3 days as the gate did not open, once we got blocked out in the middle of the night and we could not get in with the car thru the gate, no help if you are blocked out, no phone number of any gate service to call, no instructions in english, no english instructions with wifi, only 15-20 liter boiler, the hot water runs out at first shower, second has to wait for an hour to have hot water again to be able to shower. Furniture is cheap and old, outdated, balcony furniture is a broken down crap. Mattress is a nightmare, used and worn in the middle with a ditch so your spine and back will be in pain all night. Avoid this apartment!!!!
