The apartment was very clean. The apartment is very new (everything works very well) the bed very comfortable and there was a bottle of cava waiting for us on our arrival. Facilities were good overall. Although not overly spacious, the apartment is also comfortable. Host did respond very promptly to particular issues.

To be improved

Small balcony above busy street which as air conditioning in bedroom meant street noise if you want windows open. Although close to beach, sea view obscured. There were issues with building works next door that host recognised and provided compensation for. However the reassurances and promises that we were provided with on several occasions throughout our stay failed to happen. It was this failure in communication that was frustrating for us and impacted our stay.

Everything very clear and well organised by the host. Location is great in the island, close to many nice beaches but having a car is highly recommended.
