My friend Sarah arrived before me at 1pm, as I had made know, the rep she met had no English, showed her text on his phone to return at 3pm, returned at 3pm unable to contact rep, returned 4pm gained access to apartment, Rep unable to communicate re internet, keys etc ,in fact no information at all provided. Overall the apartment was very disappointing, shabby, everything well worn, cushions torn, in need of decorating. For the duration of our stay a bucket of dirty water with a mop in it was outside our door, very unhygenic, infection risk. Bags of litter on each flight stairs to our apartment and stair floor very dirty not washed for months going on amount of dirt. Builders, building wall at pool each morning, when they had left for afternoon, no cleaning done, beds and ground covered in builders dust. Internet only available in apartment and not at pool and only 1 set keys provided. In the past Sarah Murphy and I Elizabeth Siobhan Kehoe have always trusted booking.com, we are so disappointed you would advertise such a sub standard apartment, we both thought you checked before advertising, clearly this is not the case.

It wasn't very clean. It was a bit shabby. Definitely needs a deep clean and repaint. Also the Ad said Beachfront. It was not. It also said they had Netflix but they did not.

As to explain, please find below some lowlights: - THE GUY WHO TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY EXTREMELY HARD TO REACH AND VERY UNRESPONSIVE!!! -we took the keys from a bar nearby after we waited a lot af time and acter finaly talk to the owner - apartment is dirty - poor quality of cleaness - trash at the entrance of the apartment - dirty bedsheets - low water pressure - hard to take a decent shower - mold in bathrooms - uncleaned refrigerator - many more examples The complaint i made on Booking is still in work…….no answer and i am already home!

It was not very clean especially the shower/bath which had mould on the tiles and the shower pressure was really low. We had two towels left on an airer and one had a large stain on it, there were no bath mats. We struggled to get an answer about how to check in from the owner. A mirror in the double bedroom would have been helpful.
