“Relaxing Stay in a Great Location by the Sea”

The best

The location right on the beach could not be beat! There's nothing more relaxing than just stepping out of the hotel and almost right out to the sand and sea. The balcony looking out onto the ocean was perfect (see photo). The half board meals were pretty good, and the small cafes/bars provided some variety without having to go too far. The spa service staff were very friendly, too. Overall we really enjoyed the bulk of our stay.

To be improved

The air conditioner in the room didn't work on the first day, during which temperatures hovered around 30C or higher. The staff made efforts to make accommodations for us, but it would have required going to a lesser value room at the same price since we already paid in advance. The repair took some time, but it was ready by the next afternoon. In the future, the make-ready staff should check the air conditioners ahead of check in, especially during the summer.

Top services on all levels. Amazing breakfast with lots of options and fresh fruits everyday, 3 pools to choose from, my son was really happy and was able to run a lot on the property, lots of places where kids can play, the room was excellent and the cleaning services top quality.

“A perfect stay for families, with great food, amazing staff and excellent facilities.”

We loved everything! The overall experience exceeded our expectations. Breakfast and dinner were included and both were excellent, with great variety and quality. The hotel is truly family friendly, with amazing spaces for kids and a fun and caring entertainment team. The staff was always kind and helpful. It was a wonderful stay and perfect for families. Nothing to complain about. The experience was far better than expected.

It was very clean, in a lovely position with the beach so close, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

To be improved

For the catering it was varied, but the fish options were quite limited, and not easy to keep food hot by time we had queued to get to the meat/fish section. Obviously it very difficult to keep things hot in a buffet situation, but some thought could go into managing that a bit better. Also I would say the desert selection could be less choice and more focused on nicer options than a lot of cakes that looked shop bought not made.

“We loved our stay”

The best

location is amazing, right on the beach with soft yellow sand, the sea is gorgeous turquoise, ever so slight gradual descent and as a result you have meters and meters of safe waters for swimming and splashing for the whole family, the hotel's territory is really big, equipped with absolutely everything (several outdoor and indoor pools, kids club, sports facilities including bicycle rental, spa, several restaurants/cafes/bars, gaming room, supermarket, even co-working space with a small library), the food variety is broad, all food was fresh and delicious, a lot of healthy choices

To be improved

struggling to remember any drawback, perhaps entertainment programme in the evening could be a bit more diverse but it id not bother us at all, in fact our child danced at every single one of the evening performances, both for children and grown-ups later
