Location was good
Opposite 24hr garage, constant jet washing all night and morning, no wi fi even though it said it was included and had no reply after informing them, iron and ironing board locked away, no mirror except in bathroom ,saw nobody whole time there

Sunny Homes the agents for the apartment, had no Internet for the first 8 days of our stay which was reported by their representative who moved us into the apartment. The lies they told for the reasons why we had no Internet, firstly a faulty cable, secondly they had to contact the president of the community to be given access to the community room to enable access to the Internet. Checked this situ with solicitors they advised this is only when you are in a communal building & all share the same Internet which is not the case in a holiday apartment, they sent a technician on the 8th day of stay which lasted 3 days reported it to them again just ignored. Reported the lock to the balcony needed a attention as the screw securing it kept coming loose & falling on the floor I was told it was not a priority as we were not on the ground floor, so wasn't repaired for duration of our stay. No free standing fan, or ceiling fan air conditioning only which uses a lot of electric & we were limited to 80 kilowatts for our stay. No toaster, no grill pan handle no oven gloves so reluctant to do toast. The day before vacating the apartment, I text asking for confirmation of 1.00 pm vacation as discussed at the beginning of our holiday & pick up for the airport. No reply even though they had read the text, I then arranged our own pick up for the airport contacted Sunny Homes to let them know asking for the key safe password so we could leave the apartment securely, received a text saying it was OK to stay, told them too late made our own arrangements. Feel sorry for the owner of Casa Oda 10a as their attitude will cost him business, we would never book an apartment again managed by Sunny homes.
“Apartment at Las Terrazas”
Location was perfect for the beach, bars,restaurants and shops. Any questions contacting the apartment provider was easy and instructions for arrival were clear and very easy.
