The location and view are fantastic. Close to the pools, beach and some lovely restaurants on the beach front. The terrace area is lovely to sit out on in the morning and for dinner. The property provides necessaries for self catering and also provides lots of other things such as an iron/ironing board/hairdryer/washing machine which although I didn’t use them it was good to know they were available to use. The team at Dream homes rentals are friendly and helpful.

To be improved

We mostly liked the property and I wouldn’t say these are things we didn’t like but there were a few things which could be improved upon. One of the sun beds was broken so you couldn’t position it to sit up. The fridge seemed very warm initially which was concerning when putting meat etc in the fridge but I turned it down and it became cold enough to satisfy me that my meat wouldn’t go off quickly. Some instructions for the hob would be useful as I couldn’t find any and it was child locked so I had to scan the internet for instructions to take the lock off to turn it on to use it. A few more trays for the oven would be useful. There are only 2 outdoor chairs provided but there were 3 of us staying. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working during our stay. Luckily it was not too hot to make it unbearable and a fan had been provided.

To early book out and no where to leave cases if late flight,dream homes very helpful,and you should tell customers that apartments are on tui blue flamingo beach hotel grounds behind shops

The bed was uncomfortable, kept banging legs on wooden surround as mattress not the right size for the frame Found a discarded adhesive label from a sanitary towel under the bed. So not been cleaned under the bed The service road was very noisy at night when restaurants put out their bins. Noise travelled through the walls of the bungalow could here adjoining rooms. ie a lady screaming at her companion extremely loud during the night and in the morning. The apartment wasn't cleaned to a good standard, found a long dark hair in the cutlery drawer. The mop was very dirty. Sofa bed not very comfy. Very poor quality toilet paper. Towels a bit too small to wrap around yourself. Couldn't use the freezer part as door wouldn't open due to frosting. Some of the plates had to be washed before use. Cushions on sunbeds quite thin so a bit uncomfortable to use. Tea and coffee sachets a bit old.
