Balcony chairs were broken. Laundry was still hanging on the balcony. The masters bedroom was very small and didn't have a real window.

This is a good apartment which is poorly managed . Guests are pretty much on their own . This host should implement some basic welcome procedures for international guests. I did not like: 1) the host did not introduce himself/herself and he/she was anonymous in chats 2) the host hired a person which was not trained to receive us (the girl didn't know english, she refused to show us the apartment, she gave us the wrong keys and just went away in a hurry leaving us in trouble, it took 1 hour for the condo staff to solve the keys issue) 3) host was not careful to cleaning. Bed sheets were not clean (white stains, hair) and were made of polyester, very hot fabric in summer (it took 8 hours to get new sheets, made, again, of polyester) 4) it is advised to leave some soap in the bathroom 5) no instructions were given for the wifi (not clear which SSID should we connect to, we had to guess it) 6) underground garage is large and instructions were missing for parking inside the building and reaching the correct stall 7) wet things are not supposed to be left in the washing machine when guests arrive nor wet towels on the clothesline nor other things in the dishwasher 8) host should not write that he/she expects a good review before even starting to solve problems 9) I did not enjoy receiving a message like "I'll give you a key in a few hours, don't worry." because if the host takes hours to give me all the necessary keys at check-in, guests will definitely panic (instead of just worrying) 10) there are 6 beds in the house but pans and pots are tiny, not sure how you can cook for up to 6 people
