No windows or sitting area outside

Poor communication from host and fridge and heating not working.

The host was not responsive. When we arrived we had a hard time finding the place because house did not have a number. We called the host yet the call kept dropping. She did not pick the phone up for a long time after and her direction were insufficient. It took us almost one hour to figure out where the house was. It was late evening and we were exhausted after a 24 hour travel which added to frustration. During the stay the host did not respond to question like where the outside garbage cans or hairdryer were. The front door of the property had a gap to the floor and during the stay we had a storm so that it not only was cold in the living room, also leaves flew in.

Host communication, had to chase up check in details. Had a query regarding potential lost property left in apartment and no reply after stay.

Lack of dish furnitures, too little communication with host, I had to ask for keys, for street portal code, for wifi code. The housekeeper is impolite and unwilling to help.
