There is no air conditioning in the apartment and one small fan that is useless only for the room is on the fifth floor there was a breeze from the sea when the balcony was left open.. the staff were very rude and no ways helpful whatsoever.. had two mobility scooters for older couple that were staying there and they didn’t provide parking or charging stations for them, the staff had very poor English and didn’t want to communicate. The rooms and pool was not convenient for reduce mobility people. There is also no facilities for food or drink at the pool. There is no atmosphere there and would not recommend it to anyone I will not be staying there again.

Bathroom ceiling was mouldy and rotten above the shower. Water came through in the night so I had to wash away the crumbling ceiling before I could shower in the mornings. Clearly an ongoing issue as the mould patch is getting bigger and there are pencil marks measuring it.
