To be improved

When we arrived at the reception the keys were not available. We had to ask the receptionist to phone the host to locate the keys. It would have been helpful to have known whereabouts in the complex the accommodation was located as the numbering on the doors does not follow a logical sequence.

The only good thing about the apartment is that it is close to the beach! Bad: 1 – No AC in the room, it is an old fan that has dust on it and only spins around with dust. 2 – No quality cleaning, it was just OK cleaned. 3 – There is a restaurant with karaoke all night right next door, so it is very loud all night. 4 – Uncomfortable bed, it is not even a proper bed… 5 – Washing machine does not work & smells like shit, it does not clean your clothes. 6 – The toilet seat on the toilet goes down all the time – you cannot sit on the toilet normally… 7 – You cannot close the toilet door either, it is a door you have to pull that does not even go and pull all the way. 8 – The floor on the balcony is destroyed and you can see that it is water damaged. I couldn't sleep at all one full night at this apartment, and I was there for 9 days. Because of the uncomfortable bed, no AC, a lot of sound from the bar. Please take this criticism and do better, and give a little mor love to your apartment that people pay for. I left the apartment clean and in good condition, emptied my trash.

“Lovely, cosy studio apartment”

The best

The location is fabulous. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need. The bed is very comfortable and there is the quietest ceiling fan I have ever not heard! It's great and keeps the room temperature perfect. The balcony overlooks the pool with the sea to the left and to the right, the start of the golden mile, Playa de las Americas. The pool area is nice and very clean. Communication with the host is good.

To be improved

Nothing really, if I were to be critical, one of the reception staff was not very helpful when we asked to store luggage. But the good thing for us was that we could leave our bags and have a nice day out, so abrupt staff did not overly bother us.
