“Comfortable, spacious, good value on beautiful beach front”
The best

Wonderful apartment. Lovely spacious balcony. Amazing pool, so big! It is on the beach front which is lovely! We could have a swim in the pool and see the seafront! Nice little cafe next door or cocktail bars along the beach and the tram stop is next door and can take you to Alicante or el Campello, or all the way to Benidorm. This is a nice, friendly place with an authentic Spanish feel. The building is gorgeous and to top it of the hosts were amazing and willing to resolve any problems we may have had. I can’t wait to come back!

To be improved

There aren’t many negatives to this place, only comment is it would be nice if there were a few places to lay around the pool, but there is enough room to place a towel down to sit, so this is not a problem.

“Disappointing”
The best

The location was perfect. The apartment not so. There were three positives about the apartment. The shower, Wi-Fi and the bed in the front bedroom. Let me list the bad bits. Bright white led lights Very poor cooking equipment. Dirty and old No instructions for cooker or microwave. One tea towel The creaking bed in the back bedroom Noisy people upstairs Very poor bed linen Absolutely no welcome pack or information about the area/ tram/ restaurants etc No ashtray. Only one rusty sun lounger and one old sagging deckchair. Sweaty vinyl sofa Cheap and worn out bathroom units I could go on but you get the idea. This place needs to be updated to bring it up to any kind of standard! Book at your peril!

The best

The location was brilliant.

To be improved

All the crockery and dishes had either chips or cracks and all need replacing. The toiletry holder in the shower is full of rust and needs replacing. The host wasn't very helpful. I arrived late on a Sunday knowing no shops would be open. I asked if they could provide water milk and coffee, and I would pay them on arrival. Host replied 'we do not offer this service go shopping on Monday' which wasn't very helpful.
