Despite completing the registration on time, your staff was unable to contact me or confirm my booking. As a result, I was not able to access the apartment and was forced to spend the night outside with my children. This situation was extremely stressful for me, especially since I had completed all the necessary steps in advance. I find it unacceptable that, due to internal communication problems or technical failures, my booking was not properly acknowledged. Spending the night outdoors, especially with children, is not only inconvenient but also unsafe and completely unacceptable for any guest. The communication with the staff was at the lowest possible level — I have never experienced such treatment before. I had informed you in advance of my arrival time, but I still did not receive access to the apartment. Even after I finally managed to check in the next morning and had some questions, the staff responded very slowly.

The complex is old. The apartment is in 3rd floor without any elevator. It was very frustrating to carry two baby carriages with kids in them every day up and down the stairs. Almost every day construction workers were working and making huge noises. The water was cut off for a day or two, due to plumbing construction. Overall water pressure was very low, it was almost impossible to take a shower. There is poor sound isolation, so you will hear every bird chirping in the morning or other people partying at night in the balcony in other apartments. We got only 1 key for the flat, there were staying more than one of us... For any issues it took a day to receive a reply from owners. This was very frustrating. Garage remote was not working and they replied that they cannot fix it within the time of our stay, so we had to search where to park the car for the first few days. And after visiting some shops, we manage to fix the remote ourselves with our money.

On arrival we struggled to get into the apartment and when we called up felt the lady wasn’t too helpful. Once we got entry after about an hour all was fine.

I must say that I missed an electric kettle to boil water and I bought the kettle myself and left it for others. And the fan that is there is very loud and one is not enough for such an apartment, it is very hot at night, a fan would be useful in every room
