Nice seaview, clean apartment

Great location that was unique with the entrance on main street and the other end of the flat with a balcony overlooking the beach and boardwalk with natural waves to listen to at any hour. Almost everything one needed was within a few blocks walking.

We spent a week in this comfortable apartment. The apartment is on the first floor and located directly on the beach. We stayed at the end of December and were able to sit on the balcony, watching people strolling along the promenade, and easily access the beach whenever we wanted. Even in December, the temperature was pleasant, with sunlight entering the living room from sunrise to sunset. You can even watch the sunrise from the balcony (at least in winter). We didn’t hear any noise from neighboring apartments.

Tidy flat. Nice space, well kept and hosted. Perfect location over the beach. Rincon is a super spot - beautiful sand and surf, great selection of bars and restaurants. Excellent friendly relaxed vibe.
