The apartment is on the 6th floor in a residential building of 10 stories. It is located in the San Juan Beach area with a 3km long very nice and clean beach. The apartment is well equipped, it has 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 comfortable bathroom, enough kitchen utilities, oven, dishwasher, washing machine. The beds are comfortable. The balcony (with a view on the garden and pool) is a bit small but spans the entire width of the apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, consisting of numerous smaller and bigger residential buildings almost all with their own garden, pool, tennis court and gated parking. The beach is less than 10 minutes walking. With the bus you will be in Alicante downtown within 15-20 minutes. A big supermarket is on 5 mins walking. Restaurants are all over the area. The host was very nice and was waiting for us at the gate at the agreed time.
