no possibility to collect the keys from the address - we had to chat a lot to find the best possibility to receive the keys from someone 15km away from the aprtament. poorly informed stuff on apartament amenities. no AC so apartament is probably not for use for several months.

“Wonderful stay”

The best

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this accommodation. The location is excellent – it's on a quiet street, yet just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and cafés. The town itself is a perfect base for exploring the whole island. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for a short stay. Having a private parking space was also a big plus. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

To be improved

One small thing missing was basic supplies like soap/shower gel and coffee, which are sometimes provided elsewhere, but it was easy to pick them up nearby. On the bright side, we were warmly welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine, which was a very nice touch. All in all, an excellent place to stay!

Super clean property with everything needed. Staff responsive, polite and helpful. Only suggestion is perhaps add a folder of useful info, nearest bins, supermarket etc

“The best place for families with babies in Tenerife”

The best

This is THE BEST place to be with a baby. All locations: Apartment with elevator, excellent tarmac over most of cost, event wooden road to a beach are Stroller friendly. Unlike other places it is quite flat and easy to push a baby in a Stroller. Safe place for car in underground parking. San Juan is very calm place and no one will bother you to buy anything or visit a particular restaurant, does not feel touristy at all. Everything is within 5 min reach: beach, grocery shops, restaurants. And best part is a small balcony, it is very very cosy and best place to meet the sun with cup of coffee or have an ice cream in afternoon. It has plenty of shade. I had to work few days and I can say that internet speed surprised me as well. I had no problems with video calls with teams. Apartment have separate room with comfortable work desk so I did not bother the family with work noise.

To be improved

Apartment have typical tile floors (same as for all the warm region) that are not the most comfortable for baby crawling. But put extra pants and she is happy again :)
