Good location, very close to the best beaches /200 metres/. The studio flat is fully equipped, as at home. The owner is friendly. The whole building is modern, very clean, with lifts. If you arrive by a flight, you can take number 60 bus , and from the bus station you walk 600 metres to the flat.

Central location 5 mins from beach. Everything needed for short stay (7 days)

The place is actually better than the photos. It's a studio flat and was perfect for a single traveller even though 2 people could stay if they could sacrifice some space. The area is perfect: near the main beach and action. Being a light sleeper, I was worried about some reviews mentioning noise at night, but if you close the double glazing windows, you can hardly hear a thing. However, it would be very noisy with the windows open if the weather was hot as there is just a fan and no AC, but during my stay in December, this was not needed. Sonia met me with the keys, and she was superhelpful and let me drop off my bag before check-in time.

Great place, very comfortable, modern, nicely decorated. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the Las Canteras beach, withing a short walk of everything happening. Also, Tomás is an amazing host. Super friendly, welcoming and helpful. I swear he's not paying me to wite this :D
