“Exceptional”

The best

Clean, and very comfortable apartment. Everything you would need and well equipped. There was even a lovely bottle of wine to welcome us. The front line 10th (top ) floor apartment to watch the sun rise and set along with the moon too. It was very easy to sit and relax in for the couple of days of poorer weather we encountered. To be able to get in the lift and walk out on to the prom or onto the 5km beach or hop on a tram to explore either direction Alicante or El Campello.Any questions or queries were answered by Jesús promptly. We were even accommodated with an early arrival and check-in, also booking a taxi for early departurewhich was much appreciated. Thankyou.

To be improved

We really can't say anything other than the pool was closed ,which was a miscommunication between the caretakers and rental/owners. Luckily the sea was still warm enough to swim in so it was ok.

“Modern, quiet and clean top floor apartment with excellent mountain and beach views!”

The best

Magnificent apartment on top (10th) floor, so no neighbors above you. Great view on the beach and mountains. The apartment is modern and clean. Jesus, the manager, was always available on Whatsapp for any questions or advice. Public tram transport across the road. Supermarket 15 minutes' walk away. Strict rules for the building, which means quiet nights. We had an amazing stay!

To be improved

There's nothing really we did not like. The parking inside the premises is on first come first serve basis, which might be a problem during peak season (we stayed during late September, there was plenty parking, even under roof). One also has a view down on neighboring apartment buildings, but those were mostly empty and quiet, probably because it was past peak season.
