“Infinity pool and views were amazing. Breakfast buffet was included and good. · Cons: Lady who checked us in was rude and offered no information at check-in. We searched around for the pools and restaurants. I saw activities my son would have enjoyed (mini golf) in our last day, but it was too late. She and the other lady seemed annoyed that I spoke English and they spoke with each other while she checked me in and neither looked at me. She spoke English to me and slid my keys to me, then turned away. I then had to ask if she was done with our passports and reach over to get them—still she continued to talk to the other worker. M no other worker spoke to us in 4 days, except the kind housekeepers who greeted us. The rest of the staff should take hospitality lessons from those ladies.”

The food! It was monotonous, the same choices every day. Poor quality as well. The location- too far from any other facilities or Almunecar.

pool facilities were amazing. staff in general very friendly and welcoming. good food.

coffee was not good, niether atvrestaurant and at pool bar (but i am italian so i have high standard on coffee). also, i think the gym could be bigger and better, i was surprised hiw small and little equipment it had.
