The crowds, too many people . One on top of each other. Property outdated. Variety of food limited. Same desserts every day as well as many other dishes.

The best

Pools were good, slides were fun for the boys (aged 11 and 14) but they’re not open all day (only from 11-2 and 4-8pm I believe). The room had a view over the pool which was nice.

To be improved

Outdated; you step back in time to the 1990s; beds were not very comfortable; aircon was loud.

“The pools, staff were amazing, all very helpful. The life guards were fantastic with my 3 year old. He loves the water slides and they would signal every time he was coming down to check I was there. · Cons: The rooms are very dated. Tho the pool facilities are of a 4 star I wouldn't say the rooms and hotel itself is. The carpets in the corridors are very worn and many of the tiles are chipped in the room. It would be good if the rooms came with the facilities to make a cup of coffee”
