“Friendly, efficient, could have sat on my room”
The best

Great breakfast, lots of choice. Great location with beautiful views. Sunrise opposite the windows. My family room was large and very well finished in a minimalist nordic style. Staff at front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is kept VERY clean. Can highly recommend this hotel and will return to it in the future

“Great hotel for families but possible not the best place for couples.”
The best

The hotel was modern and clean. Our bedroom was large with two double beds and has a large terrace. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good with a lot of choice.

To be improved

The lovely shower cubicle was spoilt as it didn´t have a proper overhead shower rose only had a hand held one which made it very difficult to take a proper shower. Very odd!

“Disappointing stay”
The best

The room was very modern and had a very nice sea view. The beds were comfortable.

To be improved

The list is long: 1. It's a zoo. There is no relaxing area whatsoever. Huge crowds everywhere. Very noisy 2. We tried the buffet dinner, it was a disaster. Again huge crowds fighting for food, which was not sufficient for the number of customers. The food choice eaa poor as well and the food had no taste. 3. The restaurant was dirty, with food spilled in the floors, so we decided to eat outside, on the patio. Big mistake. Kids playing soccer right next to us, the ball ended up between our table and the next one. 4. We skipped the included breakfast in order to avoid another bad experience 5. Difficult to navigate from the garage, to one of the floors, then change the elevator to get to our room 6. Ants infestation in the bathroom, although we were on the 5th floor
