The fact that the host never replied to our messages even though he double booked the bungalow. The people from the bar at the pool were really nice

To be improved

The fact that we ended up having to find another place to stay and lose 4 hours of our time because of it

Good value for money. The hosts seem very friendly, and they let us overstay the check-out time as our flight was later in the day.

To be improved

The entrance gate was not obvious to us as the Reception is not used anymore and not marked. Our confirmation email had the wrong number so we initially thought our room was double-booked! A bit of a stressful arrival! Whilst we don't expect high-end fittings, we did think that the bare shelf brackets ought to be removed for safety, and the bed-side shelves fixed (we couldn't put anything on one as it sloped so much! A plug in the kitchen sink would have been helpful when washing up. The security gate was really creaky when we opened it, which might've woken the neighbours late at night! WiFi would have been useful.
