“Disappointing”

The best

The location is perfect and the owner was so kind and helped us a lot. The apartment was big with a nice kitchen.

To be improved

It felt to us as if the owner hasn’t been to the apartment for a while… There were 3 types of coffee makers and non worked/povided capsules etc, the hot water ran out really fast, and the apartment smelled as if someone smoked there it was awful.

“Bad sleeping”

Location is central and great! Apartment is spacious and well lit!

To be improved

The bedroom mattress was so soft and uncomfortable, it felt like sleeping in a hole.. Windows were too thin so we could hear the street noise very well. It took 1 hour on level 9 to heat water on the cooker top. A late check out or luggage storage for 2 hours was not possible-despite no subsequent booking....Very noisy-you could hear every word from the office next door. The sofa bed mattress is very thin, you can feel the slatted frame..
