I can't complain about anything

Electronic / app door access is not great.... even the concierge says it never works ..... it too us ages to get in to the apartment and it worked intermittently at best. Check-in is from 16.00 and check-out is by 11.00. We asked for a slightly earlier check-in which they could not do, which is absolutely fine and I understand. But on the first night, they messaged me to say that there was an annual gas inspection due at the apartment and we needed to give access the next day between 16.00 and 20.00 ..... I messaged them straight back and told them that this time was not convenient for me as I had an online meeting and needed to have silence and could not be disturbed. I asked them If they could do it during the morning for before 16.00 or why could they not have done it between the 11.00 check-out and our 16.00 check on that day or the following day when we would have checked out (we were only there for two days) But they messaged me back to say that they can't do any other times and if we didn't let them in they would have to disconnect our gas supply and we would not have any hot water or heating etc..... Thiis was clearly a lie, as gas inspections don't expire on a particular day and need to be disconnected etc ....... and if it was the last day it could have been done, they should be more organised and carried out the inspection a few days before. In the end, I had to hire a meeting room in a business centre for 2hrs to complete my online meeting and a family member had to stay at the apartment and wait for the engineer.

I did not like not being made aware of construction on the building. There was scaffolding in place on the entire front of the building and the scaffolding was covered with a screen that blocked the view. We could not see anything from the windows.
