Sooo disappointed about fine print details. Thought I chose lodgings with cancellation policy, BUT was billed nonrefundable VERY HIGH RENT over 7 days prior to stay :( Very expensive cleaning fee ($90), and we were asked to take out the trash :( (Not to mention that we are very clean and we were only there one night.) Train situation in Europe “derailed” our plans. Tried to shift booking ahead one night, but not possible. Owner didn’t work with us at all :( Also frustrating was that they needed our arrival time within 15 minutes or additional fee would apply (very stressful! Honestly, how were we to know exactly when transport times cannot be predicted???) :( Future tenants should also know that there are 3 keys required to access property.
