Too expansive for what it offers

I work with Booking many years and you have reserved for me many apartment in many countries. Normally when we reserve an apartment more than 3 days, the owner after 3 days clean it and change the bed covers and towels. In this case I asked them to do them but they told me in Tenerife they don’t do this. Also the apartment had too much ants and we saw one cockroach and I bought insecticide and every days we sprayed it and for this reason room air was not good. Also there was not any instruction in the apartment.

not explained well on how to access, bed sheets werent clean n were stained. plates were dirty so was the cutlery

The bed was little bit hard but I think this is more of a subjective opinion as someone might like it
