“Was decent for the time that we were in Madrid. Few things were outdated but overall was sufficient”
Air con was great, hot water was there and accessible even at dead of night. And the fridge was brilliant.
They could have used a key pad or something to be able to access the property.
“We really enjoyed Madrid, great city made better by a great little apartment”
Great location. Comfortable beds. Nice and clean
Even though it is a great location for cafes and bars and access to the rest of the city the square does get very noisy at night. It’s not an offensive noise but there it is a place where hundreds of people gather throughout the night and into the morning and just create a hubbub of sound
“Great location but apartment didn't meet expectations”
Location
Agent didn't provide bedding for the sleeper couch (as advertised) despite saying he would All appliances in kitchen share one power point which is a little inconvenient Coffee machine advertised is actually a mocha pot Not enough good quality pillows provided Poorly maintained HVAC system spreading allergens as all three of us suffered headaches and dry coughs
“Good”
Normal/good place to stay. Value for money
1. I don't like when the key collection is face to face, I prefer key box with a code.. This allows independence and flexibility and no extra cost for travelers. In our case we had to pay extra 30 EUR in cash for late arrival because our plane was delayed. I think key box is really easy to organize and is not a huge investment. 2. Also I saw some cutleries were dirty and overall not enough of kitchen stuff if you want to have a breakfast there. 3. Coffee machine should be a standard in my POV. 4. there were 4 of us and somebody had to sleep in the living room. It was noisy there.
“Superb”
Very close to centre but in a peaceful area
More cutlery and paper rolls needed
“Passable”
lovely (but loud) surroundings well equipped good kitchen close to the centre
we had to wait on the street 40 mintutes for the check in and the guy who came to let us is was not polite at all. though we booked for 4 persons only 3 beds were made we had to ask even for the 4th bedding 3 nights for 4 persons were given one and a half roll of toilet paper first day I have asked if it’s possible to have a secod key but they did not even answer
