The shower didn’t have enough pressure

On arrival on the Christmas eve there was 12C temperature inside the apartment with 0C ambient. The heating was off for many days probably, and I had to fix it using phone advice of a company representative. To heat an apartment, it took us 24 hours, thus we had to stay during Christmas night in jackets and it was not funny having paid 1390 EURO for our total stay. Flat amenities are dilapidated, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, where cockroaches were identified. The TV set is 15+ years old. Internet spot left dead regularly and reloads needed. On top of that the host company charge guests with security payment of 250 EUR, that was released only after my two reminders. The amenities inside hardly exceed this value. Unexplainably there are two washing machines available and no dishwasher, but extra washing machine stays in the room for suitcases.

I saw bug at bathroom and the room was dusty (40€ cleaning fee and dirty room!) The room was very cold, it warmed up only second day. We couldn’t find in google maps and called the property, the rude lady didn’t help us because she said we didn’t pay 250€ deposit and check-in. We pre-paid our vacation and it was unexpected they forced us to pay an amount that we didn’t know. By the way they said they will unblock creditcard after checkout immediately (WE ASKED THEM AFTER 3 DAYS THEY DID!!)
