“Our stay was outstanding, thanks to the apartment’s excellent location and warm hospitality of Julio”
The best

Julio, the property owner, was waiting for us at the apartment to give us the keys and a lot of advise o what to do in Madrid including a city map and tourist brochures. He also welcome us with a. Box of fresh baked magdalenas (lemon cupcakes). He was also communicating with us via WhatApp which made communication super easy.

To be improved

One thing to note is that the trash collection takes place after midnight, and since the dumpsters are near the apartment, it can get a bit noisy at night

The best

Julio was a very proactive and welcoming host. He met us at the entrance and made sure we were settled in comfortably. He also gave us some suggestions for where to go and what to eat! The location is great, very central and short walk to the station.

To be improved

It is in a central location so it got rowdy outside on the occasion, but it's quiet for the most part.

The streets and sidewalk and more are under construction. It will be nicer once the construction is finished.
