The location is unbeatable. In the heart of Plaza Nueva (literally 5 steps from it) and also a very short walk to all the transport that leaves the city.

Directly at the Plaza Nueva full of restaurants, very cozy apartment, big enough for 3 people. One of the windows is facing directly the colonade of the Plaza Nueva, you can't leave the window open due to the noise, but when it's closed, you don't hear any disturbances from the outside.

“Very modern apartment in an old historic building in a fantastic location”
The best

Fantastic modern apartment in a very historic old town Bilbao. Location is excellent, overlooking Plaza Nueva.

To be improved

The front door of the apartment is very difficult to open , a young, elderly or frail person wouldn’t manage it. The apartment is clean but unfortunately we had two cockroaches on the last day but I guess that comes with such an old building.
