Tatiana the owner was good in her correspondence . She was helpful when we asked for an electric kettle.

To be improved

The area is a bit ceady. There is a big dog that lives in one of the apartments on the same floor and barks loudly when anyone comes to that floor. There are mesh bars surrounding the area leading to the apartment which indicates to me there is a security issue in the area. I wouldn't want to stay there again. Also in the apartment next to the smaller bedroom the occupants play their TV very loudly for many hours during the night.

“Decent stay overall, but with room for improvement”

The best

Good location — not super central, but really close to the metro so it’s easy to get around. The host was really friendly and welcoming. The apartment is nice and spacious, with everything you might need. There were even a few extras like coffee capsules for the machine and two bottles of water in the fridge. It’s a small thing, but a really nice touch — you don’t see that often, and it shows the host cares. Wi-Fi worked great too.

To be improved

Would be nice to have an easier key pickup system — right now you have to set up a time to meet the host, which can be a bit of a hassle. The main bed was okay, not super comfy but manageable. The second bed was really hard and not great to sleep on. Also, there were a few mosquitoes in the room, and on the first night, a neighbor had their TV blasting until 2 a.m. Not the host’s fault, but worth mentioning — it wasn’t the easiest place to get a good night’s sleep. If sleep is important to you, it might be worth paying a bit more for somewhere quieter and with better beds. But overall, it’s a decent place.

“Exceptional”

The best

The apartment has a very good location. By the subway or by the bus you can reach easily the centre, the airport or the sea shore. The apartment is equipped with everything even coffee, tea and sugar. Is maximum for four adults. Tatiana is a great host. She allowed us to check in at 9:30 a.m., instead of at 3:00 p.m. as it was indicated on Booking. Thank you, Tanya for the hospitality.
