The bedroom had two windows which had no blinds/curtains they looked directly onto another apartment. Therefore, there was no privacy 30 minutes after we arrived. I rang the agents for this property who are called Minty Stay. It took three days many phone calls , many text and eventually I complain to Booking .Com to get this matter sorted. The company provided temporary solution by taping and paper bags to each window on the evening that we arrived. We were not offered another apartment after escalation date complaint to Booking .Com the matter of Social within an hour Minty Stay refused, to give me compensation for the stress and anxiety that this cost. I hope I never experience sleeping in a bedroom which has absolutely no privacy. I was told that the apartment . after three days they played an opaque plastic to the windows. this could’ve been on the first night ,my holiday was ruined. I advised to everyone he stays in this apartment and has a problem is to immediately escalate the problem to Booking .Com .the agents Minty Stay promising a solution simply don’t deliver. I did receive some compensation from Booking .Com.

It hadn't occurred to me that it would be quite dark in the apartment, with no window in the living area, although the bedroom had better light. I was a little disappointed that the large wardrobe you see in the photos of the bedroom are not for your use, and you use an additional wardrobe in the living area. Otherwise it was all very comfortable.
