The bathroom with the shower constantly had a wet floor. I don’t think it’s the property’s fault but still it’s worth considering.

We were not informed that a member of staff would be CONSTANTLY present in the shared common area, often taking up 2 of the four dining room seats with her and her bag. It felt incredibly intrusive. When we complained that we were not informed on the booking that staff would be constantly supervising us and taking up the already small space provided, we were told that it was this staff member's job to look after the accommodation. In actuality she was not helpful to us at all - she did not provide our group with enough towels, she accused us of leaving the front door open when we were all sure to keep it closed, she appeared to let a different group of guests use the washing machines while we were told we were not allowed. While "washing machine" is not included on the list of facilities, they are visible in the pictures and we were not expressly told we cannot use them prior to booking, which we found misleading. It is also not made clear that house rules included no drinking. The phrase "no partying" is included, and alcohol is allowed to be stored in the fridge, but the same member of staff told one of our guests to stop when they were silently drinking a single can of beer in the kitchen. If this is a house rule then no problem, but it's not made clear on the page which is an issue when guests simply want to unwind and relax on a holiday. We were also told by another group of guests that they were not informed of this rule, so the house rule is applied inconsistently. There was also extremely loud drilling on our first morning in the building, which woke up our entire group. It is understandable if the host did not know, but we received no prior warning. I am sceptical whether residents in the building would really have no idea that drilling would take place - if the host knew we should have been informed. Toilet paper was not provided and we had to buy our own. Very disappointing when hostels would normally provide toilet paper.

They changed the door lack and did not warn us! Got home tired, at midnight and was locked out for a good while. Then, next day the door code expired before 10 am and got stuck “again” with no access to the property and luggage after breakfast!

The street was a bit loud but a pair of earplugs fixed that and the shower was pretty dirty with black stuff stuck on the bottom. Make sure to bring shower shoes!
