The best

It was my second stay at Pol and Grace. The first time was in 2017 and it was very new then. Obviously it is a little more tired looking now. But, the experience was as good as last time. Location is excellent… for the metro and plenty of amazing places to eat in the area. I would definitely stay here again and the terrace was as wonderful as it was in 2017. The hotel is a quiet and serene place and after a day walking the streets of Barcelona a very welcome retreat.

The best

Quiet rooms (on busy street). Fantastic location within 100 m of two metro stations and several bus lines. Easy walk to Gracia and Diagonal. Rooms are spacious and comfortable

To be improved

rooms could use a little more upkeep (AC filters, tiles, etc), daily service is great but could use some paint and grout

“The hotel is located in a very nice area, with many shops and cafes nearby. The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping was done every day. Tea and coffee were a nice little bonus. · Cons: Unfortunately, the hotel does not live up to its 4-star rating. The rooms are in need of some renovation. The management does not provide complete information about the available services. We also asked to heat up our food, but the receptionist refused, saying that only staff are allowed to use the microwave. I have stayed in many hotels of different categories, including 3-star and 4-star ones, and I have never encountered a situation where guests were not allowed to have their food heated. Though I understand this might be a matter of individual staff attitude.”
