Having read recent negative comments (concerning the AC unit not working, the WiFi being down and the lack of mosquito nets on the windows), we messaged the property manager at least a week prior to our arrival. He assured us that „La finca estará en perfectas condiciones“ - everything works fine. We also inquired about the availability of a baby cot, as was stated in the property description, and again received a reply that one is indeed in place. We announced our arrival time and expected someone to meet us at the property. There was no one to meet us and no prior instructions sent on how to enter the house. We lost over an hour trying to contact the local manager and finally booking.com in Germany helped find the key. At the property, the AC in one bedroom was still broken, there were no mosquito nets and no baby cot, WiFi was not working throughout or stay… The property manager did not answer calls and showed no efforts to address our needs…

“Exceptional”

We were a group of friends on vacation, we rented a car right from the airport. It is very convenient to rent a car for vacation here as there are many places and beaches to see. If you don't have a car, the location is not easy to get to. To be honest, we were very hesitant at first to rent this villa because it had a bad review (and only one) from a guest. It is a very good place to relax with a large family or friends. The house is clean. The outside area is heavenly. The time of entry and exit is not limited because the key is placed in the key box (the code of which the host wrote to me the day before arrival) and it was very convenient for us. There was no need for someone to come and meet to hand over the keys. You will find exactly what you see in the pictures, both inside the house and outside where there is a beautiful space and a pool. The house has everything you need for a vacation. All bedrooms were clean and have air conditioning. The host is not what you call a super-host, but he will provide you with the information you need. That is why I thing he has Bookiply team who are very good at their job and will help you, and provide any information that you need before your arrival.

To be improved

There were a few problems, but nothing that would keep you from coming to this Villa. The air conditioner in the living room did not work it did not blow the cold air, but if the bedrooms were open the whole house would be cool. The sink in the shared bathroom did not run well. In the bathroom next to one of the bedrooms, there was definitely a smell from time to time, but it was not very strong and it passed, it was not always there.
