“Ok for a night stop on the way”
The best

The facilities in the room (fridge, sink, ..). Enough public parking places in the surroundings and a safe/quiet neighborhood. Easy to get in, and in general was pretty Ok.

To be improved

We had reserved a triple room and a double room. When we arrived the triple room wasn't ready. There was a sofa bed that we had to do it ourselves and there were no extra bedsheets and towels for the 3rd person. After chatting with the host, he opened a room at the corridor of the building remotely so we could take the sheets/towels. This wasn't very pleasant, specially when you are travelling with 3 young children and you arrive late in the evening. The host knew pretty well we had a triple room (he did the check-in for us). Moreover, the sofa can't be called a sofa bed. It is not suitable to sleep in... Only a baby/very young child can sleep there and with some arrangements. Another issue was the dirty floor... Really dirty!

“It was perfectly clean and tidy. Close enough to Valladolid and right next to a delicious restaurant · Cons: That the front door was not closing properly. The one of the main entrance for the building. I think the lock was damaged.”
