“Rooms were big · Cons: Location, customer service, facillities, place its clean but normally at a hotel someone will come to your room to make your bed and change your towels etc. They had issues with all the doors, guests were not able to go inside the hotel and into their rooms. The place is far from the center, there are no public facilities like a dining room or vending machines, nothing, you could also hear people talking from other rooms, normally that doesn’t happen at a hotel. For the price, I was expecting more. Lots of improvements are needed.”

The place is far from the center, there are no public facilities like a dining room or vending machines, nothing, you could also hear people talking from other rooms, normally that doesn’t happen at a hotel. For the price, I was expecting more. Lots of improvements are needed.

“Very comfortable rooms, well insulated and clean · Cons: It doesn’t have staff on site. You have to check in online but sometimes it doesn’t work so you have to try to fix it over the phone while outside in the cold.”

“The studio seems new and looks nice. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. · Cons: The room wasn’t very cozy, it missed some decorations. Since there is no kitchen in the room and no reception it would be nice if in the hall at the entrance there would be some vending machines (for coffee or so).”

“I had a fantastic stay at Polotel Hotel in Valladolid. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. It was very clean and modern, speedy response when we couldn’t find the address and issue resolved. Good location and easy to get in and out.

To be improved

We could have had some extra chairs/a wardrobe.
