The AC was not working adequately in our room and the staff very begrudgingly changed us to a much smaller room and made no offer to discount our stay despite the problem and downgrading of our room.

“The best hotel so far on our road trip through Northern Spain. Excellent price / deal Clean, quiet, with friendly stuff, great air conditioning. There is a gym, a bar, a restaurant. There are a few parking spaces around the building (supervised), public parking spaces all around the neighborhood and a payable private garage (around 9 euro per night). The Castle is 20 minutes away on foot.”

“My second visit here. The hotel is a short walk to the town centre. I arrived during the nationwide power cut but the staff were very apologetic and did everything to ensure that this didn't spoil our stay.”

“Okay stay”

The best

On the edge of town, but petrol station and supermarket close by. Underground car park.

To be improved

On arrival got given a room that hadn't been prepared. Went back to reception and given another one. Went to this room, it was already occupied! Receptionist came up, opened a 3rd room which also hadn't been cleaned. I finally got one on 4th attempt.
