Rooms have recently been refurbished but they needed extra plug points, inly 1 in the room for 2 mobile phones, straighteners and 2 watches

The smoking in and around the pool was awful.

Better food, more selection & more fresh food. Broken lifts ( not being fixed) Was on the 4th floor had to carry my case down not good

Trying to get into the apartment block with a buggy on my own was a nightmare. The door that is at the ramp doesn't open from the outside. You have to go in the normal door and carry your buggy up the stairs. The lifts are tiny, barely fit a big buggy kind of tiny. Cleanliness at the breakfast buffet is not good enough. 4 of the 7 people in our group got a horrible vomiting bug while staying there. Can't be sure what made us all sick but it was a very bad sickness for 4 of us. No utensils, cups, plates etc in the apartments. The noise from the hotel next door is outrageous on the back side of building where our room was located. We know this is not the hotels fault but travelling with a toddler, needing naps and needing to be in bed before the noise ended was a huge challenge. In the main hotel we waited 23 minutes for the lift to breakfast. This was a common occurrence with the lifts being not fit for purpose for the size of the hotel.

The breakfast wasn't very nice.

The bar staff were rude, and the service was very slow. Some bar staff had no experience and had no training on the tills, which added to the slow service. There was no variety in entertainment at night. Entertainment in the evening was all for very young children, and there was little to no entertainment for young adults or adults. No cutlery in the aparthotel.
