Excellent location, bathroom updated and lovely, air con is a welcome bonus on a hot day. Spacious and pictures are accurate. Host was hacked and I received messages but the host responded quickly to report and give excellent response times at all times. We would recommend and will likely return if the property is available.

To be improved

An option to book late check out at the time of booking would be an advantage when travelling with children.

We arrived to find the door had a keypad on the turn hand that we were giving instructions how to use we’ve been in holidays a lot never seen this before… got locked out on arrival rang rentals they told us to try again we got multiple staff but were locked out till 9:30 that night after being up from 4am travelling … we never got a call back to 10:57 locked out all day eventually got in left the front double doors open tried it again and again and again would not open… rang ocean rentals still no help apart from a few cheeky messages… 2nd night girl 2 doors down was robbed in her room and set the fear factor in with us as we couldn’t shut are double door at the front that was our access… so every time we went out we all had to go and take all our personal belongings with us… couldn’t sleep every noise woke us as on the 3rd night are other neighbour was robbed not nice knowing we had no safety for 5days coupla hateful messages what we got for help… when we got back we got a message saying nothing wrong with it stay clear unless you like being locked out in the street!!!!!!

“good holiday, good location”

The best

Location was very good, we liked the fact that the terrace got the sun for most of the day, could comfortably walk down to the sea front.

To be improved

Did not like the early morning race for a sun bed, in the end we stayed on the terrace most days, it was easier

The best

Nice, clean, modern apartment on the ground floor with pool view. It's smaller than it appears in the photos but perfect for a couple. Good location, plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants close by. Good wifi. Washing machine. Large comfortable bed.All the comforts of home.

To be improved

Communication with the host could be better. I understand they manage a number of properties, but response time to messages could be improved. Also, the check-in process should be explained upon confirmation of booking. Would also have liked a change of bedlinen and towels or clearer communication around this. As others have mentioned in their reviews, you need to be up early to get a bed by the pool as people are waiting at 7.30am to reserve beds (not a problem for us as we prefer the beach). As for value for money, I would say the rental is overpriced.
