“Excellent holiday, great apartment, nice price”

Clean Apartment, good location, nice pool area, great price, quiet and peaceful complex, 25 min walk to main strip and beaches if you haven't got a car or €4 in a taxi, helpful host, we had an excellent time.

The noise from neighbors. Not that they did a lot but the construction has no noise ondulation at all. Too bad when you are light sleeper.

“Well positioned apartment between the dunes, and the centre of Corralejo”

The ground floor apartment was tidy & quite compact, with many facilities. I left a note for Davide with a few points to be remedied prior to the next guest arriving. The complex is a mixture of residents & holiday lets, and was very safe. The grounds & pool were well maintained too. The location of the apartment near the marvellous pool was good, however the small patio did not get any sunlight so if you wanted to sunbathe you were best at the poolside. The complex is a fair walk into the centre of Corralejo (quickest route is via the beach), but there is a good shopping centre (El Campanario) with bars, restaurants & shops about 300 yards away. Make sure to take some mozzie protection (I was bitten the first evening & the little 'buggers' hurt). By the way there are no English channels on the TV, not even the news !

Not much ! As I said previously, I hope Davide can sort out a few minor issues prior to the next guests stay.

Location and pool and cleanliness of the complex.

To be improved

Overall the property was fine apart from the net curtains and door/window blinds . There is mould growing a lot on the bedroom nets which need to be replaced or at least washed more frequently, the front door blind needs to be replaced as does kitchen blind which is broken . I hope you take this on board
