“Lovely modern apartment in a great location”

The best

Lovely, modern apartment in a great, quiet, local location. Absolutely spotless. Really comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Walking distance to everything you want to see in the city. Two supermarkets minutes walk away. If you’re coming by car can recommend booking parking at APK2 Arjona car park less than 10 minutes walk away.

“Good location”

The location was excellent, near to everything, eating places, supermarket, sites etc The person who met us was helpful and responded quickly to messages.

To be improved

The lack of hot water. The shower water was warm at best lasting about a minute and then it was freezing cold. The upstairs neighbours were also noisy, drilling and hammering at 1am. They didn't stop even when we went out and shouted up to them.

“Comfortable apartment for a stay not far from the center of the city.”

Bright and new/renovated. Enough space. Clean bed and towels. General style. Good kitchen with a dishwasher and tablets to it.

To be improved

No reserved parking. No separate towel for feet’s. No instruction how to configure hot/cold water in the shower.

“Ticked all the boxes, well located, competivitely priced - easy entry/exit.”

The best

Extremely good location - easy access to central sites in Seville. 15-20min walk to the historic centre and about 20mins from Triana, pleasant walk along the river. Main bus station was 5mins away - so convenient for travel and Airport Pick/Up drop off. A large Mercadona Supermarket was also a short walk. Dennis met us when we arrived, sorted out the keys and access, friendly and efficient ! :-)

To be improved

Option for a Firestick or similar for the TV to permit access to other TV options and YouTube (we tend use the latter to cross check tourist options ahead of a site visit).

Pool loungers were not comfy and only one towel per person for 5 days- however was a washing machine so we just washed ourselves and all ok .
