“Overall, a great place to stay”

The best

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The location is great — just a 10–20 minute walk to all the main sights. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked properly. The apartment was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was a huge help. There are restaurants, a mini-market and a luggage storage place in the area.

To be improved

The soundproofing was poor — even with the terrace windows fully closed, I could clearly hear people talking on the street as if they were right next to the bed. Also, I specifically chose this apartment over a hotel suite because I remember seeing that an airport transfer was included in the price (for my booking offer with the amount I payed specifically). But when it came time to arrange it, I was told that if Booking.com listed it, it must have been their offer — not the property’s — and that I’d need to pay extra for the transfer. That was kinda frustrating and disappointing, so I ended up using Uber instead.

“Superb”

The best

A lovely bright appartement. In an excellent position in Seville. Within walking distance of all tourist spots. Great communication with the host who was very caring.

To be improved

The blinds didn't stop enough light early in the morning. Pillows too hard for my liking.

“Good for a couple of days stay”

The best

- good size studio with most kitchen facilities, including a coffee machine - good mattress - perfect location in the old town to walk everywhere (but about 30 min from Plaza Espana)

To be improved

- you can hear everything from the neighbours - all doors open with a code and you always have to make sure you have your phone charged or remember the codes - surveillance cameras everywhere outside the apartment, felt a bit too much

“Great location and easy access, but the space needs maintenance and updates to reach its full potential.”

• Great location: Quiet neighborhood, yet close to the city center and a supermarket — very convenient. • Easy access: Check-in and check-out were seamless thanks to the passcode entry system. • Cleanliness: Bedsheets and the room were reasonably clean.

To be improved

Condition of the space: The room showed visible wear — scuffed walls, mold on the ceiling, and cold, unflattering lighting. The kitchen was quite outdated and not in the best condition. Additionally, the door handle was broken with exposed metal, which felt poorly maintained and a bit unsafe.

“Good value for money and great location.”

Great location, modern and clean apartment with kitchenette. Host was very responsive.

To be improved

Air con wasn’t working very well, had on lowest temperature and still very warm. Shower head didn’t hold in place so was not at a good height for shorter people.
