Absolutely nothing!

Our property was dirty, the towels were all damp and the bedroom with the en-suite was dirty and smelled damp. There were also ants in this room along with ants in the kitchen area all over the worktop continually. We reached out on the day of our arrival to ask about further cleaning & asked for new towels and we were told no & that we could put them in the washing machine with the fabric softener provided. This explains the fact the towels were dirty and damp smelling as they do not use detergent to actually wash them only fabric softener. On check out at 12 we were being escort med out of the premises which meant although they knew our flight wasn’t until 7pm that night as I had previously asked for late check out they refused to let us store our luggage for the day or use the terrace area to relax before going to the airport. They had been messaging in English prior to this with myself and then when it came to them escorting us out the gates at 12.03pm they refused to speak any English and only spoke Spanish between themselves and I assume other property owners. We absolutely loved the location and the apartment was fantastic if only they had someone to give it a proper clean & we’re a little more friendly. This soiled our stay as we had previously read nothing but great reviews. We were there with friends so we tolerated the lack of cleanliness & the ants however, had I been there with my husband and 2 young kids this would not have been acceptable.

we stayed at the apartment in late April 2025. Whilst the apartment was in a good location, However, as its the right opposite the entrance it was very noisy by the arrival of staff doing their everyday work. So much to say you couldn't have a lay-in. It was very sub-standard and unhygienic and quite dusty. It was clear that the place hadn't had a deep clean in sometime and was generally maintained quite poorly. In addition, upon arrival the owners new we had a car, but didn't provide a permit until later that evening, hence having to pay for a days parking.
