Lovely staff — everyone was super nice and helpful, especially Rocio, who was always quick and kind in assisting.

To be improved

The location was a concern. Several people warned me that the surrounding neighborhoods aren’t safe, and advised against walking around the hotel — recommending taxis instead. I also didn’t feel comfortable leaving the car on the street, so I ended up paying for garage parking. If you're planning to explore the city on foot, this might not be the best area. But if you’re relying on a car or using Uber, it works just fine.

Good place cleans but it’s out of the way and in a bad area there was no parking available when we got there and they had no solution. Staff was not very helpful
