I recently stayed at Hostal Torrejon and had an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The value for money was excellent, and I felt right at home. I highly recommend Hostal Torrejon to anyone looking for a nice and comfortable place to stay. Thanks for the hospitality.

One thing that didn't quite meet my expectations was the air conditioning - unfortunately, it didn't seem to be working properly in my room. Despite this, the hotel's charm and hospitality made up for it, and I'd still consider staying here again. With a bit of attention to the AC, this place could be truly fantastic!

I’m 55 year old woman that suffers from high blood pressure. After Traveling for 12 hours to get to our destination my ankles were so swollen they were wider than my feet. While my husband checked in I sat on the couch to elevate them without putting my feet on the couch. The night staff lady was so rude and mean about it telling me to get my feet off the couch. I told her I didn’t have them on the couch and my ankles were swollen from traveling. She said that’s not her problem, she didn’t care. I just hope they got it all on video. It was horrible to be treated so rudely because of my medical condition. I have invisible disabilities, and am currently on disability for them mainly including spinal problems from a spinal cord injury.
