“Full of young drunks - more like an 18/30 holiday.”
The best

Stayed here before and know the area extremely well. Always liked the hotel and staff. Our visit this week was disappointing as the hotel now seems to be full of youngsters getting absolutely smashed; we were woken at 4.15 am by a group of guys chatting, laughing etc down by the pool and then on their balcony. We had to be up at 7am for a flight…! No security asked them to stop. In reception the day before a Polish guy just walked up to me and pretty much demanded to use my phone to call Poland. Again, he could hardly speak he was so drunk - and it was 5pm. It’s a real shame as Playa San Juan has never been like this yet this hotel seems to be either selling to or attracting a whole different range of people ( not in a good way!) who are probably better off 45 mins up the coast.

“A hidden gem in Alicante. Why leave the city....”
The best

Highly recommended hotel with great rooftop pool, bar and restaurant. Housekeeping staff excellent and shout out to Quico and his friend on the rooftop bar, Lidia and the reception team so thank you for making a great few days break.

“Fabulous hotel, made better by a wonderful evening experience”
The best

A wonderful hotel, clean and comfortable with fabulous facilities, we had a room with a balcony over-looking the pool, which was a bonus. The evening meal was a buffet style, our waiter Christobal helped us choose our wine - with fabulous knowledge, we landed on a local Chardonnay - which was lovely. Service at the meal was impeccable- mainly due to our waiter Christobal - a real credit to this hotel.

“Our stay at Port Alicante”
The best

We had lovely week stay here very clean and modern hotel staff very friendly work very hard the food was good for breakfast and dinner they go above and beyond for you , only two things that let it down was the bed was uncomfortable and instead of square pillows they were long , so glad there was tram line 5 minutes from hotel definitely be back . Samantha & Mark 933
