all was ok for me, but for my husband who is a coeliac it was very poor. The choice was very limited.

The best

The room is perfect, new, comfortable, clean, spacious, and the shower too. Nice to have a swimming pool. Also very helpful to have free transfer to the airport.

To be improved

It is by a noisy road so it can interfere sleep for light sleepers.

“Excellent location for the airport”

The best

Had 3 sets of room keys,they never worked,very annoying. We were only there 3 nights!?!? The bathroom wasnt really thought out,the frosted glass doesnt do much to keep the light out when it is switched on. Rooms clean and tidy Reception were very helpful when needed and the breakfast buffet had a good selection

“Never again Expedia.”

Absolutely Terrible. Booked through Expedia. Price looked good. Expedia took a prepaid payment for 2 rooms, for 2 nights ( travelled with wife and 2 daughters) First sign of trouble was when the clerk refused to honour the “parking included” on the Expedia website. Extra fee was requested by clerk. The rooms were extremely poor in appearance. Strong tobacco odour. My daughter, who is asthmatic, started coughing incessantly ( I am a physician). Air conditioner was blowing warm air in both rooms. Spoke to reception. Our rooms were upgraded, and though marginally better, the same issue ( primarily warm rooms with a bad odour). There were unspeakable stains on the walls. My daughter’s bed-sheets were ripped and blood stained ( highly suspicious for tick bites ). Messaged Expedia. Mohammed was courteous but unable to help ( I think that he was powerless to assist us, in our request for the 2nd night to be refunded). I did not mind losing the amount paid for 1 night, per room, but keeping the 2 night fee was outrageous We picked up our bags and headed to the city center and checked in at a dramatically better hotel. I will swallow the loss but Expedia, you have lost a loyal customer. Never again. Don’t believe the great ratings on Expedia. A total farce.
