The accommodation is well-located, with a pleasant walk leading to Port Andratx harbor. The pool and garden area is spacious and attractive, providing ample room for spending time with large groups. The house is privately used throughout the year, which means the kitchens are very well-equipped.

To be improved

However, the property is not well-maintained. Due to its private use during the year, the upper apartment, in particular, contains many personal belongings. Nearly half of the beds are children's bunk beds located in the basement. While we don't necessarily mind the personal items or the bunk beds, we expected more given the price.

To be improved

Listing said it can hold 10-22 people, has a/c and jacuzzi. Hey you can’t use the a/c unless absolutely necessary- we had 6 children under 6 and we opted to use fans instead, but if you use too much energy the power shuts off. Which it shut off probably every 30 minutes. Can’t use the jacuzzi if you want to use a/c, pool was dirty upon arrival along with a lot of broken furniture I’m the back yard, personal items all over the upstairs apartment (not even locked away) there are cameras throughout the house but they are covered- that was NOT disclosed and also we don’t know if they are recording audio, etc. NOT OKAY. Also reached out to host to ask for a reasonable refund to which she stated she could only refund me a little bit because energy prices are high… sorry we pod a lot of money for 14 people to stay and did not get our moneys worth, their electricity bills are not our problem. Maybe disclose you have problems with electricity before stating that you’re capable of hosting large groups of people, or don’t host people and keep your electricity bill down.

“Overal we had a great stay it had positives and negatives but we had the best holiday thanks you!”

The best

We loved the size of the property and how much space there was. The fact it was home from home and had everything available to us especially in the kitchen. The host had excellent communication and always tried to accommodate us. The outside pool area was good especially the Jacuzzi was amazing. Amazing views from all parts of the villa which were breathtaking.

To be improved

Not all the beds were comfortable, luckily the time we were there hosts were away so we did have the whole house so we made it work. The electricity kept tripping which was annoying especially when in the shower and having to go on street to reset each time. The bathroom door on middle floor was stiff from day one and my daughter got stuck in it one day and we struggled to get her out finally she climbed out of window. We loved the fact it was home from home but we felt that such items like medicines needed to be locked away especially if families are staying.
