“Great!”
The best

We had a fantastic time just after Easter for a week. We went full board which was great. Staff are friendly, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and although the evening entertainment was targeted more at elderly demographic, we still had a great time and would be delighted to go back. Our only minor complaint would be the noise coming from surrounding rooms, but more a fault of the guests rather than the hotel!

“Would recommend”
The best

We cannot fault the staff ,the food ,the relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are compact but clean, updated rooms nicely done, towels toilet paper etc replenished frequently. Plenty of variety at meal times ,again replenished when needed ,you'd have to be a very fussy eater to not find something. Would return.

“Just about OK for the price”
The best

Good location, a short walk from the Old Town and Poniente beach. The hotel definitely has a budget feel to it, and the bedroom was very dated, with a hard bed, very basic furniture and terrible soundproofing (could hear every word from the people next door). Buffet dinner was pretty basic (although salad selection quite good), and hot food wasn’t hot. The restaurant was particularly unattractive and noisy, and felt more like a cheap cafeteria (and had no windows as it was in the basement). At breakfast, the hot items weren’t hot. It was just about ok, for the price paid, but I certainly wouldn’t rush back.

It was accesible to transportation,restaurant and to shop as well..and the beach is just around 15 mins to walk..

To be improved

The bathroom hotel room wasn’t clean well especially the floor it was sticky..
